Original Signature Japanese Cheesecake

The Original Signature Cheesecake is the world-famous staple of everything Uncle Tetsu and is enjoyed in counties all over the world.
When enjoyed warm, it is soft and fluffy like a cloud and may jiggle and dance. When enjoyed cool, it is denser with a more cream cheese flavour.

Crepe Brulee
Price – $14.00 each
Crepe Brulee is an original creation of Uncle Tetsu’s, combining our Signature Cheesecake with everyone’s favourite crepe, and cream brulee!
Currently available in-store only on Saturday between 12pm and 2:30pm, or until sold out. Please note it is served on a first come, first served basis and we do not take pre-orders for this takeaway product.

Original Cheese Tart
Price – $5.5 each or $21 for 4 pieces, $31 for 6 pieces
Perfectly crafted creamy cheese filling paired with a crunchy and delicious biscuit base!
When enjoyed fresh from oven, the thick and creamy cheese filling melts in your mouth. When enjoyed cool, it is smooth and moist.
